MOBILE INFANTS
Welcome to our classroom!
The crawling and walking infant room uses large muscle activities to help physical development for walking and crawling. We provide two 30 minutes of play time every day to encourage large muscle development. Also, the infant room provides your child with one hour each day of circle time, which includes finger plays, stories, music and simple art. Circle time in the infant room is often a child’s first experience in learning and following directions in a group setting from a teacher. Our wonderful infant and toddler playground is especially designed with age appropriate equipment. Weather permitting the playground offers a great chance for your child to enjoy being outside.
DAILY SCHEDULE
6:30 to 9:00….…Eat
breakfast and free play
9:00 to 9:30…..Play outside, or do large muscle activities indoors.
9:30 to 10:00…Wash hands and change diapers.
10:00 to 11:00…Circle time, finger plays, stories, music and simple art
11:00 to 11:30.……Clean up and prepare for lunch
11:30 to 12:00.……Lunch Time
12:00 to 12:30….…Clean up hands, face and diapers and get ready for nap
12:30 to 2:00……...Naptime and quiet time
2:00 to 2:30…..…...Wake up, clean up hands and diapers, ready for snack
2:30 to 3:00…….….Snack time
3:00 to 3:30……….Outside play
3:30 to 5:30………..Supervised free play
