Welcome to the Transitioning Toddler classroom!
Transition toddlers class is a 1:6 ratio and is a transition classroom provided to the children that are developmentally past the infant stage but aren't quite ready for the active daily schedule of a toddler. In the eyes of the law they are still considered infants; however, they receive a more structured daily schedule and learn many of the skills that will be required in the toddler room. Children in this age group tend to range approximately from 12 months to 18 months and must be steady on their feet for outdoor play.
